Join a pioneering ESD consultancy in Melbourne, VIC, as we embark on an exciting growth phase. We're seeking a seasoned Principal ESD Consulting Manager to spearhead our residential and commercial consulting teams, driving exceptional service delivery and project profitability.

About the Role
  • Lead the development and implementation of new ESD services, including Green Star, NABERS, WELL, and Passive House.
  • Manage and mentor a team of dedicated professionals to deliver best-in-class sustainability solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure an exceptional client experience.
  • Contribute to the company's strategic direction and growth initiatives.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in building design or construction, with a focus on ESD.
  • Proven track record of driving sales, profitability, and service improvement.
  • Experience in managing design or consulting teams, with a focus on ESD.
  • Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills, with the ability to deliver engaging presentations.
  • Highly organized and motivated, with a can-do attitude.
