Drive Sales Excellence

A high-impact opportunity has arisen for a skilled Sales Operations Lead to drive system enhancements, process improvements, and sales optimization initiatives.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • System Testing & Defect Management: Develop test plans, troubleshoot high-impact issues, support weekend deployment testing as needed.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Review business specs, streamline sales workflows, drive automation, align processes with Sales and functional teams.
  • Governance & System Roadmap Delivery: Manage backlog priorities, support roadmap delivery, run UAT cycles, drive operational sign-off for Salesforce and Imagine Landmark.
  • Reporting & Insights: Track system performance, monitor enhancements and defect fixes, share insights with Sales Operations leadership, flag upcoming releases/issues.
  • Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments, manage competing priorities, build trust through transparent communication.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on clarity, consistency, and stakeholder engagement.
  • A mindset of continuous improvement, passion for operational excellence, fostering a culture of quality and accountability.
