Operations Excellence Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations Excellence Specialist to join our team. As an key member of the organization, you will be responsible for coaching and training Franchise Partners and Business Managers to ensure their teams deliver our service and products aligned with our brand standards.

In this role, you will act as a role model for the advancement of company values, purpose, and ambition. You will conduct Restaurant visits to assess Managers' and employees' ability to deliver on our service standards providing them with coaching, feedback, and action plans on how to improve.

This is a field-based role, requiring 90% of your time to be spent outside of the office. If you have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional results, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coach and train Franchise Partners and Business Managers to deliver our service and products aligned with our brand standards.
  • Conduct Restaurant visits to assess Managers' and employees' ability to deliver on our service standards.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and action plans to improve performance.
Requirements:
  • A strong background in operations management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
