The Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Internal Communications to play a pivotal role in ensuring effective and efficient internal communications and engagement across Dexus. As a key member of the People and Culture team, you will lead a small team to develop and implement an organisation-wide internal communications strategy, partner with the CEO to define communication and engagement priorities, and deliver timely communications and campaigns aligned with organisational changes.
About the Role
You will be responsible for managing the intranet to ensure a seamless user experience, building strong relationships with internal stakeholders to facilitate effective project delivery, designing and delivering all-staff events and webinars, and maintaining an internal communications planning calendar while measuring communication effectiveness.
