Senior Manager Internal Communications

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager Internal Communications to lead and manage our internal and corporate communications function. This role will play a critical part in enhancing the employee and internal stakeholder experience, aligning people to our vision and strategy, and supporting leaders and managing effective communication channels.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and manage an effective mix of digital internal communication channels
- Provide strategic communication, support, counsel, and advice to the CEO, Board, and Executives
- Develop, implement, and measure internal communication strategies and campaigns
- Communicate our strategy to internal stakeholders in engaging, informative, and compelling ways
- Support the cultural transformation with communication that drives desired attitudes, behaviors, and performance
- Develop and deliver a robust crisis communications plan and framework
- Establish the right frameworks, policies, processes, and governance for an effective internal and corporate communications function
We are looking for a candidate with 10+ years of experience in communication or similar roles, a communications degree or equivalent, and excellent written, visual, audio, and non-verbal communication skills. You should have a strong understanding of digital employee experience and channel management, as well as crisis management and change management.
