About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Internal Communications Specialist to join our team at Woolworths Group. As an Internal Communications Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and implementing effective internal communications strategies to engage and inform our employees across the Group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute internal communications plans to support business objectives and initiatives
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and business teams to understand their communication needs and develop targeted solutions
  • Design and deliver engaging internal communications campaigns across various channels, including email, intranet, and video
  • Provide guidance and support to business teams on internal communications best practices and protocols
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of internal communications initiatives and make recommendations for improvement

  • Proven experience in internal communications, marketing, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of internal communications principles and best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
