Job Description

The position of Youth Outreach Worker is a critical role in delivering targeted and goal-driven support to young people.

The successful candidate will be responsible for positively engaging with young people, encouraging them to achieve their goals, and providing comprehensive assessments and targeted supports.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Certificate IV qualification or higher in Social Work, Human Services, or related field.
  • Minimum two years of experience in working with vulnerable young people.
  • Knowledge of supports available to young people in mental health, education, employment, and housing.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Current drivers' licence and willingness to travel across the Brisbane region.
  • Working with Children's Card (Blue Card) or eligibility to apply.
