About the Role

This rewarding career opportunity exists for a Lead Team Member within our organization, working across 93 sites with over 2,000 staff members. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting individuals with mental health and disability needs, ensuring they can imagine and achieve their hopes and potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support individuals with mental health and disability needs in achieving their goals and aspirations
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement person-centered plans
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to organizational policies and procedures

What You Need to Succeed

  • Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in mental health and disability support services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving and adaptability skills

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary range of $85,000 - $105,000 per annum, dependent on experience
