Job OverviewThis permanent, full-time opportunity is a key administration liaison with internal and external stakeholders on matters relating to recruitment and management of medical staff in mental health services.
The successful candidate will support the management and rostering of medical staff working within our mental health services, ensuring effective systems and processes for recruitment, contracting, credentialing, compliance checking, rostering, clinical training, and support.
This role requires strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, as well as attention to detail and analytical skills in interpreting service needs, general guidelines, legislations, awards, local conditions, and desired results.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and roster medical staff working within mental health services
- Develop and implement effective systems and processes for recruitment, contracting, credentialing, compliance checking, rostering, clinical training, and support
- Act as a key administration liaison with internal and external stakeholders on matters relating to recruitment and management of medical staff in mental health services
- Provide administrative support to the Medical Services department
- Qualifications or equivalent experience in management (business management, human resource management, health management)
- Experience at team leader or manager level
- Well-developed management, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Attention to detail and analytical skills

Salary InformationThe estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
