Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Mental Health Team Manager to lead our teams in Albury, ensuring everyone can imagine and achieve their hopes and potential. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for promoting a culture of respect, inclusion, and diversity, while providing exceptional support to individuals with mental health conditions and disabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage teams to deliver high-quality services that promote mental health and wellbeing
  • Develop and implement programs that address the needs of individuals with mental health conditions and disabilities
  • Foster a culture of respect, inclusion, and diversity within the team and among service users
  • Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery

What We Offer
