The estimated salary for this role is around $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our team in Albury. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals providing mental health and disability services. You will work closely with our clients to develop and implement individualized plans, ensuring they receive the support they need to achieve their goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • a bachelor's degree in social work or a related field;
  • significant experience working in mental health and disability services;
  • strong leadership and management skills;
  • the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
