The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver high-quality services. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals to provide person-centered support to individuals with mental health conditions.

This role offers a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to this, you will receive a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities, flexible working arrangements, and a supportive team environment.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders. You will also need to have a sound understanding of mental health principles and practices, with the ability to apply these in a real-world setting.
