About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Mental Health Support Professional to join our team. As a valued member of our organization, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with mental health conditions to achieve their hopes and potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • To work collaboratively with clients, families, and carers to develop and implement individualized support plans.
  • To provide emotional support and guidance to clients, helping them to build resilience and confidence.
  • To work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.

Requirements

  • A qualification in a relevant field (e.g., social work, psychology, or counseling).
  • Proven experience working in mental health support roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
