Casual and part-time support worker position available with a values-led organization making a real difference in the local community. Locations: Various locations across the Hunter, Lake Macquarie, Central Coast, and surrounding regions.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for professional and compassionate individuals to join our team as Support Workers. We are looking for people who are passionate about person-centred, trauma-informed care and committed to making a real impact in the lives of people living with disability.
Key Responsibilities- Provide daily living, personal care, and community access support to participants
- Promote independence, life skills, and social connection among participants
- Build meaningful and respectful relationships with participants and families
- Deliver high-quality, rights-based support aligned with NDIS goals
- Compassion, reliability, and a genuine interest in disability or mental health support
- Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster (between 6am–9pm)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A values-driven approach with commitment to best practice

- Willingness to complete mandatory training (e.g. child safety, infection control)
