As a dynamic Business Improvement Advisor, you will develop and implement our Business Improvement programs. You thrive in a team that is dedicated to making a difference, driving continuous improvement and delivering priority projects that create value by increasing safety measures and protocols or reducing cost.

What You'll Do
  • Demonstrate exemplary leadership in safety ensuring high standards are met
  • Design and deliver impactful, innovative projects that build workforce capability and effectiveness
  • Train and coach project team members in methodologies to complete efficiency projects
  • Ensure compliance with standardised processes, systems and tools
  • Provide guidance and technical support for productivity enhancement
  • Maintain metrics, reporting standards and integrate outcomes into planning
  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels to facilitate project success
What We're Looking For
  • Certifications and/or experience in Continuous Improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen)
  • Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and develop targeted, innovative solutions
  • A collaborative approach to partnering with leaders and employees at all levels
  • Industry experience (preferred) ideally in Aluminium, heavy industrial, or operational environments
