Therapy Support Specialist

The Therapy Support Specialist plays a vital role in promoting consumers' independence and well-being through therapeutic services.

About the Role
  • Work under the guidance of highly qualified professionals to carry out duties that complement the therapy program of a consumer.
  • Carry out face-to-face and non face-to-face tasks that bring life-changing experiences to participants.
  • Work with consumers in their home or community environment, fostering meaningful connections and supporting them in achieving their goals.

About You
  • Certificate III or IV in Allied Health Assistance is required for this role.
  • Proven ability to follow instructions and respect boundaries of practice.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for success in this position.
  • A current NSW driver's license and willingness to drive for work purposes are also necessary qualifications.
