Business Development Manager & Technical Account Manager

Our client, a leading ICT company, is seeking a highly motivated sales professional to join their team. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and expanding the company's customer base.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various service offerings, including print, digital, mobility, data, and networking solutions.
  2. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  3. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies to identify and engage with new customers, resulting in a viable sales pipeline.
  4. Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with the sales team and technical support to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business outcomes.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
