Senior Business Development Manager

This is a challenging and rewarding role for an experienced business development professional to join our global team. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to manage a significant portfolio of mixed SME clients, providing exceptional account management and service delivery.
About the Company:We are a leading global insurance brokerage firm with over 52,000 professionals worldwide. Our company is committed to sustainability and community support, with a strong focus on diversity and inclusion.
Key Responsibilities:- To describe insurable risks to clients, design appropriate insurance solutions, and negotiate and manage the best deal in the global insurance market.
- To manage relationships with underwriting partners and provide mentoring and coaching to junior employees.
- To drive new business development, promote the company brand, and manage budgets, sales plans, and debtors.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, ideally with exposure to SME accounts.
- Sales-oriented with the ability to build a long-term pipeline to support new business growth.
- Strong account management experience gained within general commercial insurance.
- A proven track record of delivering financial and operational results.
- Competitive salary: AU$120,000 - AU$180,000 per annum.
- 4 weeks annual leave plus up to 2 weeks additional purchased lifestyle leave.
