Customer Service Resolution Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Resolution Specialist to join our team at people2people. This role will involve working with customers to resolve high-risk and escalated complaints, as well as investigating and analyzing cases to understand root causes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end case resolution for high-risk customer complaints
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues and implement improvements
- Develop and propose improvement plans for identified areas of risk and customer dissatisfaction
- Make decisions on customer resolution based on company policy
About You:
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- Call centre experience required
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Customer-focused with an empathetic approach
- Organized, able to prioritize tasks and take initiative
- Quick learner and adaptable to change
- Attention to detail essential
