Job Role Overview:

We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As the primary point of contact, you'll be responsible for providing comprehensive support across all our products.

  • You will act as customers' primary point of contact
  • Provide support across all our products
  • Handle customer queries, product information requests, and technical issues
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming customer enquiries via email, chat, and phone
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve products and processes based on customer insights
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in B2C customer support or similar roles
  • Strong understanding of financial services and investment products
  • Fintech, banking, or financial services experience preferred
  • RG146 accreditation advantageous (we can support candidates)
  • Full working rights in Australia
