About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Help Desk Expert to join our team and provide top-notch support for our SaaS application users. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of software applications, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. If you have experience working with SaaS applications and enjoy helping others, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and ticketing system
  • Resolve technical issues related to our SaaS application
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
  • Document and track customer interactions using our CRM system
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in software support or help desk role
  • Strong knowledge of software applications, operating systems, and networking fundamentals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and prioritize tasks effectively
