Department Lead

As a Department Lead, you will be responsible for driving the success of your department by setting clear goals and objectives. Your primary focus will be on supporting the Sales and Profit targets by implementing strategies to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regularly analyze and follow up Sales & Profit KPIs for your department and work with your team to take action to improve sales.
  • Drive Hello Member program in line with country goals.
  • Ensure your department meets H&M standards and follow this up using the Customer Experience Tool.
  • Work with your Visual Team to implement the Commercial Handbook.
  • Evaluate and manage the performance of your team, providing regular feedback and executing performance development reviews.
  • Actively work with a talent pipeline in your department to support business needs.

  • A commercial mindset and coaching approach, motivated by seeing actions turn into results.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks based on business needs.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • The ability to delegate, follow up, and provide straightforward feedback to coach and develop your team.
  • Previous leadership experience in a similar role with proven results in driving commercial KPIs and team development.
