Customer Service Lead
The Store Manager will lead a team of casual sales staff alongside an Assistant Store Manager. Key responsibilities include driving sales and key performance indicators, coaching and inspiring the team, and delivering outstanding customer service.
- Drive overall store performance by achieving sales targets, KPIs, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
- Lead and motivate the team to deliver excellent results in sales and customer service.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales, celebrating successes and identifying areas for improvement.
- Manage rosters and wage costs according to operational needs.
- Coach and develop team members, ensuring ongoing training, high morale, and strong succession planning.
- Oversee stock levels, store presentation, and operational excellence.
- Ensure adherence to occupational health and safety standards.
Required Skills and Experience
To succeed as a Store Manager, you should have:
- Demonstrated experience as a Sales Team Leader or Assistant Store Manager in a retail environment.
