National Behaviour Support Quality Assurance Expert

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced practitioner to oversee the quality assurance of our behaviour support team at a national level. The ideal candidate will have strong PBS experience and excellent communication skills.
About the Role:
- Report reviews of behaviour support plans and functional behaviour assessments.
- Review endorsed restrictive practices.
- Complete clinical file audits.
- Ensure submission dates and deadlines meet NDIS Commission requirements.
- Provide targeted clinical feedback and upskilling following key findings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead quality assurance initiatives for behaviour support teams nationwide.
- Develop and implement processes to ensure compliance with legislative requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve organisational objectives.
Requirements:
- A comprehensive understanding of Behaviour Support and legislative requirements.
- Advanced or Specialist level under the PBS Competency Framework.
- Experience in a similar quality assurance role within the NDIS (desirable).
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail.
