Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate setup of meetings by verifying key components such as stock classes, resolutions, and document accuracy.
  • Record and organize all QA findings for future reference.
  • Provide expert advice on complex and high-risk meetings.
  • Review and approve system updates.
  • Conduct QA checks on project coordinators' and meeting officers' work.
  • Test system enhancements and ensure effective delivery.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
