Compliance and Governance Expert
\Our organization seeks a highly skilled Compliance and Governance Expert to join our team. As a key member of our group, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.
\In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing compliance with evidence-based practice and legislation within the positive behaviour support space. This includes reviewing and evaluating resources, assessments, training, and NDIS commission submissions regarding restrictive practices.
\You will work closely with our National Clinical Lead to implement strategies and solutions to ensure timely, cohesive, and structured compliance. Your expertise will help us identify gaps in practice or compliance and develop sustainable, suitable, and scalable solutions.
\The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or a relevant field, with postgraduate experience in Psychology, Clinical Governance, or a related field. They will possess specialist capability in the Positive Behaviour Support Capability Framework and relevant Australian registration and governing body certification.
