Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner

ABOUT THE ROLE
Join a team of skilled PBS Practitioners in a supportive environment that champions your professional growth. As a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner, you'll work with NDIS participants of all ages, delivering services across community, clinic, and telehealth settings—supported by a collaborative Multi-Disciplinary Team.

Perth

• Building strong relationships with participants and stakeholders
• Conducting Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBAs)
• Creating and implementing effective Behaviour Support Plans
• Educating and training carers and support teams
• Reviewing and reducing restrictive practices in line with NDIS guidelines
• Monitoring outcomes through regular data collection

We believe that talented clinicians are developed and nurtured, not just found through an exhaustive list of requirements. With that being said, there are a few requirements for our PBS practitioners, which are:

• You hold a relevant bachelor's degree (e.g., Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Counselling, Social, Disability, Teaching or Social Sciences)
• You have prior experience working as a Behaviour Support Practitioner position.
• You have full Australian working rights
• You have prior experience in community, private or acute settings.
• You have access to your own vehicle and hold a current driver's license
• You have or are willing to obtain a NDIS Workers Check and Working with children check.
