Role Overview

An exciting opportunity exists for a Senior Clinical Leader to oversee the delivery of Behaviour Support services across multiple states.

This key leadership position will be responsible for overseeing clinical and financial performance, providing evidence-based support, and ensuring quality assurance standards are met.

The successful candidate will have a strong passion for making a difference, advanced leadership skills, and relevant qualifications in Behaviour Support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee clinical and financial performance for the Positive Behaviour Support teams in assigned states.
  • Provide high-level discipline-specific leadership, supporting the development of BSP supervisors, including travel to sites.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Assurance Lead to ensure quality assurance standards are met.
  • Identify areas for development within the clinical team and facilitate internal development needs.
  • Assess resources and liaise with internal teams/National Clinical Lead to address resource gaps.
Requirements
  • Advanced/Specialist practitioner with endorsement and portfolio.
  • Tertiary qualifications relevant to Behaviour Support.
  • 5+ years' experience as a Behaviour Support Practitioner in the NDIS.
  • Proven operational leadership experience with a BSP or multidisciplinary team.
