About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Food & Beverage Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising the restaurant service period, welcoming and engaging with guests throughout their complete food and beverage experience, and ensuring that all operational tasks are completed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the connecter and facilitator of collective power and supervise the restaurant service period, tending to the guests and exceeding their expectations
  • Welcome and engage with guests throughout the complete food and beverage experience
  • Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence with each customer experience
  • Assist with the bar operational tasks if required
  • Be a confident and welcoming supervisor, creating a community that empowers your team to grow and reach their potential
  • Plan and execute team building activities for your team as together we are better
  • Ensure the outlet is adequately stocked and clean at all times
  • Supervise the food and beverage team in completing general operational tasks
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests through engaging experiences and thoughtful service, enabling future bookings

About You:

  • An up-to-date RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification
  • Relevant experience in a managerial role
  • Working rights in Australia

Estimated Salary:$65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience
