About the Role:
- Develop and implement customer loyalty and growth strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers.
- Provide proactive consultative support to customers, identifying opportunities to enhance their experience with CareerArc.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Proven track record of driving customer loyalty and growth.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
