Senior Claims Consultant

Your key responsibilities will include managing a small portfolio of claims, providing technical expertise to the team, and supporting our relationships with corporate and superannuation partners.
As a subject matter expert, you'll use your knowledge to develop and enhance the skills and capabilities of the team, drive continuous improvement, and protect and promote our claim philosophy.
To succeed in this role, you'll need experience in a senior or claims assessor role, with a strong understanding of LICOP and claims assessment best practices. You'll also need to be able to provide coaching and mentoring, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
