About the Role
We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team as Claims Service Consultants and Senior Claims Service Consultants. As a Claims Service Consultant, you will be responsible for managing a national portfolio of motor claims and handling inbound and outbound calls.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of motor claims, ensuring timely and effective resolution
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues
- Maintain positive relationships with external and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and risk management
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- High-level customer service experience, preferably in a claims environment
- Strong insurance knowledge and background, with a focus on motor claims
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on resolving complex claims issues
