We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Group Claims Consultant to join our team at Zurich Insurance Group. As a key member of our claims team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of group insurance claims, providing technical expertise, and supporting our relationships with corporate and superannuation partners.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a small portfolio of group insurance claims, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team on claims assessment and LICOP best practices.
- Develop and enhance the skills and capabilities of the team, driving continuous improvement and process enhancements.
- Protect and promote Zurich's claim philosophy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Experience in a Senior or Claims Assessor role managing end-to-end group insurance claims, preferably in IP and TPD.
- Strong understanding of LICOP and claims assessment best practices.
- Experience providing coaching and mentoring to team members.
- Demonstrated experience driving continuous improvement and process enhancement initiatives.
