">- Directly under the Head Chef to train, coach and develop fellow team members in the kitchen.
Requirements and Qualifications
">- Minimum 5 years experience as a senior chef in a hotel, restaurant or pub environment.
- Proven track record of leading and developing teams to deliver exceptional results.
- Demonstrated experience with financial controls in a hospitality business.
- Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery is required.
- Eligibility to work in Australia.
