Restaurant Manager Opportunity

We are seeking highly skilled and motivated professionals to assume a senior leadership role within our restaurant management team.

  • Ensure all Team Members provide exceptional customer service and adhere to the highest standards of hospitality.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall dining experience for guests, driving sales growth and revenue increase.
  • Recruit, train, and empower a diverse team of Food and Beverage Attendants, promoting their career development and growth within the organization.
  • Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and conflict resolution.
  • Implement effective operating procedures for our point-of-sale system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in cash handling and departmental transactions.
  • Maintain an exceptionally clean and well-maintained environment, adhering to health and safety regulations and maintaining security protocols.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills with strong stakeholder management.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks under pressure while remaining calm and composed.
  • Valid RSA license possession.
  • A minimum of 5-star hotel experience as a supervisor or manager in a food service setting.
