Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Food and Beverage Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing food and beverage operations, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily operations of food and beverage outlets, ensuring seamless service delivery and high standards of quality and safety.
  • Spearhead training and development programs for team members, focusing on customer service, food safety, and efficiency.
  • Liaise closely with suppliers and vendors to negotiate prices, optimize inventory management, and maintain excellent relationships.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales growth and enhance brand visibility.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and labor costs, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior role within food and beverage operations, preferably in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with a proven ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve outstanding results.
  • Strategic thinker with expertise in financial analysis, market trends, and competitor analysis.
  • Degree in Hospitality Management or related field; certifications such as RSA/ RSG an asset.
