Job Title: Food and Beverage Operations Manager

As a seasoned food and beverage operations manager, you will oversee the delivery of exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Your expertise in managing teams, driving performance, and mentoring staff will be invaluable to our organization.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising team members on shift and assisting with training, development, and performance management.
  • Setting daily performance objectives for the team and overseeing service flow and performance standards.
  • Ensuring accurate cash handling procedures are followed.
  • Supporting the venue manager in achieving financial and operational targets.
  • Conducting daily shift briefings and ensuring a smooth transition between shifts.
  • Monitoring the quality of food and beverages served to ensure high standards are maintained.

We are seeking a candidate with:

  • Proven supervisory experience in a similar hospitality environment.
  • Exceptional guest service skills with a proactive attitude and ability to communicate effectively with diverse guests.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Flexible availability to meet venue operating hours.
  • Current QLD RSA Statement of Attainment.
