This role will see you working closely with the Vice President of Operations supporting franchise partners in achieving excellence and building stronger partnerships.

Some of your responsibilities in this role will be:

  • Ultimately responsible for the oversight and co-ordination of all national retail activities
  • Lead, train and educate the field operations team in retail excellence and build stronger partnership with franchise partners
  • Monitor business reviews and proactively follow up on action plans set by the field operations team
  • Analyse sales data and trends against company and franchise partner objectives, while implementing the best operational practices that further drive efficiencies, profitability and professionalism within the franchise network
  • Assist Vice President of Operations with preparation, communication and execution of annual marketing plans

What are we looking for:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in the same or similar role, ideally within the food industry
  • Highly goal orientated and motivated person who enjoys a challenge and is committed to delivering the highest quality standards
  • Exceptional planning, organizational skills and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail, good analytical skills and ability to improvise when developing practical solutions with limited resources
  • Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy in driving sales and service excellence within a franchise network
  • Ability and willingness to travel interstate
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills in Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
