We are seeking a Franchise Operations Associate to provide on-ground support to new and existing franchise offices across Victoria, Tasmania, and Southern NSW. Reporting into the General Manager, Franchise Operations and working closely with our specialist departments, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless onboarding of new offices and supporting ongoing operational success.
This is a dynamic role for someone with proven real estate operations and/or sales experience, who thrives on working with people, delivering training, and ensuring best-practice systems and processes are embedded within our network.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on operational and administration support to offices during onboarding and beyond.
- Partner with sales and administration teams to ensure efficient systems, workflows, and compliance are in place.
- Deliver training to office staff and agents on McGrath platforms, processes, and technology (including Agentbox, CampaignTrack, Realtair, and related sales software).
- Support the rollout of marketing initiatives and technology solutions.
- Assist with the coordination and running of training events.
- Maintain and promote McGrath's standards of 6-star service across the franchise network.
- Travel regularly across VIC, TAS, and Southern NSW to support our offices (with occasional travel to other states).
About You
This role will suit a resourceful and proactive individual who is process-oriented, people-focused, and passionate about supporting office performance.
You will bring:
- Prior experience in real estate operations and/or sales (sales administration, sales support, office management, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of real estate workflows, sales campaign management, compliance processes, and office systems.
- Proficiency in Agentbox and the Microsoft Office Suite (experience with Realtair and CampaignTrack desirable).
- Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Attention to detail, initiative, and the ability to problem-solve in a dynamic environment.
- A customer service mindset and the ability to build strong, trusted relationships across the business.
- Enthusiasm, energy, and professionalism with a genuine team-player approach.
