**Compliance Expert Wanted**

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compliance management, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to promote compliance within our organization.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Implement our Compliance Management Policy across the organization to ensure effective risk mitigation.
  • Review operational business processes to identify potential compliance risks or inefficiencies in controls.
  • Monitor, manage, and report on compliance risks, including actions taken.
  • Audit and assess reported incidents and breaches to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Regularly review and update our knowledge of regulatory and compliance obligations to maintain a proactive compliance approach.
  • Ensure all applicable obligations are integrated into our operations to meet regulatory standards.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive compliance management training and awareness initiatives.

**Requirements:**

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • In-depth understanding of compliance management standards, frameworks, tools, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with AS ISO 37301:2021.
  • Knowledge of private health insurance compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing, implementing, and continuously improving compliance management frameworks.
