As the Team Lead Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner at Yesability, you will be responsible for leading a team of experienced behaviour support practitioners to deliver high-quality, client-centred services that empower people living with disability. This is a full-time role based in our Osborne Park, Western Australia office.

What you'll be doing
- Manage and coordinate a team of Positive Behaviour Support Practitioners to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery to clients.
- Develop and oversee the implementation of client-specific behaviour support plans that promote positive behaviours and enhance quality of life.
- Provide expert guidance, coaching, and mentoring to team members to build their skills and capabilities.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including allied health professionals, to develop and review client support strategies.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and industry standards.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Yesability's behaviour support services.
What we're looking for
- Tertiary qualification in psychology, social work, occupational therapy, or a related allied health discipline.
- Extensive experience (minimum 2 years) in providing positive behaviour support to people with complex needs.
- Demonstrated leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement practical behaviour support strategies.
- Thorough understanding of relevant legislation, regulations, and industry standards governing positive behaviour support.
- Registered with NDIS as a PBS practitioner at a proficient level or above.
