About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Real Time Australia. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote our innovative product suite and new features to prospective customers, delivering engaging demonstrations and solutions to meet their needs.
  • Owning the full sales cycle from discovery to close, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Collaborating with our sales team and head of sales to develop and execute monthly sales plans.
  • Representing our brand at conferences, industry events, and partner events, both online and in-person, to build a strong customer pipeline.
  • Nurturing and expanding relationships with our customers, working closely with our Customer Success team.
Requirements
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to network effectively.
  • Proven experience in a quota-carrying business development position, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • A track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • A self-starter with a strong sense of accountability and ownership of your customers and territory.
  • Flexibility to travel nationally for up to 1 week at a time.
