YOUR NEW ROLE

As a key member of the Australian Corporate Governance team, reporting to the Senior Corporate Governance Manager, you will take charge of your own client portfolio while enjoying the vibrant diversity of providing corporate governance and compliance services to prestigious multinational corporations, including:

  • Client Management - Onboarding new clients, ensuring compliance through the collection and review of KYC documentation, addressing client inquiries, participating in client meetings as needed, and fostering strong relationships through regular communication;
  • Active Participation in Corporate Governance Activities - Preparing essential governance documents (e.g., meeting minutes, resolutions), maintaining statutory records, managing ASIC/Companies Office filings, incorporating and deregistering companies, and handling trust formation and termination;
  • Ensuring Compliance with the Corporations Act.

WHO YOU ARE

We are eager to hear from candidates who:

  • Possess a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar corporate governance or compliance role, preferably within a professional services environment;
  • Have a solid understanding of the Corporations Act 2001 and ASIC/company operational/reporting requirements;
  • Demonstrate high accuracy, proactivity in problem-solving, and a results-oriented mindset;
  • Exhibit exceptional communication, client service, and time management skills;
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and enjoy being part of a supportive team.
