YOUR NEW ROLE
As a vital member of the national CORPORATE GOVERNANCE team, reporting directly to the HEAD of CORPORATE SECRETARIAT, you will play a key role in delivering comprehensive corporate governance and compliance services to both internal legal teams and high-profile external clients, including:
- Efficient management of directors' and shareholders' meetings, including annual general meetings;
- Preparation of various corporate documents such as agendas, meeting minutes, statutory forms, resolutions, share transfers, and board reports;
- Building and maintaining relationships with partners, legal professionals, clients, and external regulatory bodies;
- Maintaining corporate registers;
- Facilitating director induction;
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.

WHO YOU ARE
We are keen to hear from candidates who:
- Hold a degree or diploma in law, commerce, accounting, or a related field;
- Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar corporate governance or compliance role, preferably within a professional services environment;
- Possess a solid understanding of corporate legislation and operational requirements;
- Exhibit strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
- Demonstrate high attention to detail and the ability to manage tight deadlines;
- Are prepared to commit to a full-time role with the potential for long-term employment.
