We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team, responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth.

Job Description

As an Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our Small-to-Medium (SMB) partner institutions. Your key objective will be to execute scalable strategies that enhance client engagement, retention, and value maximization.

  • You will utilize data insights to comprehend client profiles, needs, and goals, ensuring Flywire's products and services meet their success criteria.
  • You will design and implement efficient strategies to boost Flywire's effectiveness on campus while providing prompt and accurate issue resolution.
  • You will effectively communicate with client stakeholders through targeted campaigns and direct engagement, aligning with our long-tail strategy.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, or Marketing.
  • At least 2 years of experience in managing client/customer relationships, success, and/or support.
  • C1 level of English & Japanese language proficiency.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Emotional intelligence and change management skills.
  • The ability to present confidently and engage audiences.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Interpersonal, analytical, and planning skills.
  • Problem-solving and project management skills.
  • Accountability, proactivity, and persistence.
