
Global Client Growth Strategist

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Global Client Growth Strategist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about driving business growth and delivering exceptional results.
**Key Responsibilities**
Work with VP CRM Asia Pacific to create strategic growth plans for clients that maximize their usage of Newland Chase capabilities.
- Review client penetration quarterly or semi-annually based on client tier.
- Proactively seek greater CIBT utilization, e.g., Projects, Consultations, CIBTvisas services, group move immigration management, seasonal influxes, and following up on immigration changes to encourage discussions around Newland Chase support as the changes affect employees.
- Train clients as sub-users of the Immigo Client Portal.
- Stay abreast of what clients are doing by following news feeds and press releases.
- Share survey feedback and feedback on service issues with assigned clients on a monthly basis.
- Speak confidently to SLAs and surveys.
- Identify trends through analysis of reporting and lead global implementations.
- Attend monthly or quarterly meetings/calls with clients depending on client culture, size, and need.
- Prepare presentation materials related to scheduled client reviews and meetings.
- Document client reporting in Immigo and ensure timely completion.
- Document client-specific processes and procedures as Account Overviews on Immigo and share them with supporting teams.
**Engagement with Service Delivery Teams**
- Assist Newland Chase Global team with internal client transitions as necessary, ensuring corporate culture/data is captured and files transferred smoothly.
- Facilitate communication of client requests and agreed-upon outputs.
- Liaise with Service Delivery Leads to discuss operational concerns and encourage open lines of communication.
