Job Description


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Client Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our client growth team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through exceptional client service, leveraging the firm's capabilities to address client issues and challenges, and identifying new business opportunities.


Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement global account strategies to drive revenue growth and deepen customer relationships
  • Build and sustain exceptional client relationships with senior-level executives
  • Act as a strategic advisor on global pipeline execution, revenue planning, deal review, and negotiation strategies
  • Identify opportunities and client challenges and bring EY resources and insights to resolve challenges

Required Skills and Qualifications


  • Strong ability to drive transformational performance across portfolios of accounts and solutions
  • Expert influencing skills and ability to build high-impact C-suite relationships quickly and sustain them
  • Strong commercial acumen and knowledge of current and emerging sales tools, methodologies, and go-to-market models
  • Ability to team with and influence technical partners to formulate best strategies to serve clients
