About the Role

Our company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to fill a Client Success Manager position. In this role, you will be an integral part of our global team that delivers high-stakes payments across the globe.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relationship management, account management experience or similar role, with excellent interpersonal, analytical, and planning skills. Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key business client accounts.
  • Creating ideal strategies for each business client to maximize money moved and increase revenue through upselling.
  • Providing clients with analytics and additional reporting mechanisms through quarterly/annual business review.
  • Working with existing business team to build out standard methodologies for client on-boarding.
  • Strategic consultation - becoming a payment expert for our merchants, delivering expertise, education, leadership, and guidance to merchants on their global payments strategy.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
