About the Role

Are Media is seeking a skilled Subscription Campaign Executive to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing subscription marketing strategies focused on acquisition and retention across the company's portfolio.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to oversee campaign activities, budget management, reporting, and analysis, as well as handle logistics and administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement, maintain, and monitor live campaigns for both acquisition and retention activity, including cross-collaboration with relevant parties in the business.
  • Liaise with the wider subscription team and the rest of the business to drive subscription sales.
  • Implement campaigns across multi-channel platforms, including magazine, online social, insert, flysheet, EDM, etc.
  • Manage all legal logistics related to subscriptions direct marketing communications (e.g., permits and terms and conditions) - managing compliance and customer privacy.
  • Work with third-party stakeholders and commercial clients to negotiate strategic alliances and contra deals for promotional activity.
  • Execute membership driving initiatives to increase brand retention, research brand composition, and opportunities for cross-brand collaboration and promotion.
  • Report on multi-channel A&R promotional activity - daily.
Requirements
  • Strong marketing experience and mindset, with knowledge of audience development and user-experience.
  • Strong digital marketing skills with knowledge of SEM, SEO, programmatic marketing tools, and tactics.
  • Strong analytical ability to draw insights from previous campaigns and apply to future activity.
  • Organisation skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
