Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Project Manager to lead our Route-to-Market (RTM) projects. This role will play a key part in structuring and delivering strategic RTM initiatives, ensuring clear deliverables and measurable objectives.

As a member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing project meetings, facilitating documentation, and building stakeholder relationships to ensure seamless project delivery. Your personal contribution will drive business success and growth.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Project Management, with a proven track record of supporting successful transformational change. Strong familiarity with project management software tools and methodologies is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee RTM strategic projects from inception to completion
  • Establish detailed project charters including objectives, scope, hypotheses, cadences, deliverables, and governance
  • Manage resource allocation and capacity effectively
  • Schedule and facilitate meeting cadences, including kick-off sessions, stakeholder interviews, ideation workshops, and check-ins
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular reports on project status to stakeholders
  • Design risk mitigation plans and manage stakeholder relationships
  • Facilitate closure sessions to capture areas for improvement and bring projects to a close
